Interchangeable elastic belt with carved Resin Scarab. There are hieroglyphics etched, but not sure if these are actually meaningful.

Late 1970's and from the estate of a former salon owner turned beauty educator.

The former owner was once hiking in the Himalayas and was asked to do makeup for the Maharajah and his family in their palace.
