CHOCOLATE BROWN 1920's Wool Skirt with Side Button Details

The buttons are not for function, just for looks. The left side has two hook and eye closures and two snap closures. This skirt was made by the original owner who went to school for Costume Design in New York City in the 1920’s. She opened her own clothing shop in the city and created many stunning pieces throughout the decades!
Condition: Excellent!
It appears this skirt was never worn and could have been a piece the owner used as an example, in her shop, of what she can make.
Please Note- the skirt was made according to the measurements of a corset being worn as the undergarment. Foundation garments made the sizes much smaller.
