One rhinestone had broken off due to age/use. Shown in photos.
One small area has disconnected from the band due to age. Can be soldered back on if wanted.
Very slight wear to metal due to age.
Some rhinestones have dulled.

All around- 14”
The hole in each end it for a hairpin to secure the tiara.
