RARE STATEMENT PIECE 1940's Double Elephant WWII Era Brooch

$75.00
Only 1 left in stock

This is from the WWII Era. I cannot find any one brooch similar to it.

There are no marks or signatures I can find on this piece.

The original owner told me the ball chains symbolized the support for soldiers fighting in the war.

Since precious metals were scarce during the war this was made from non-essential metals that were easier to manipulate.

The jewel feels to be made of plastic and not glass.

Condition: Great!

Some patina due to age.

Slight scuffing on jewel.

The pin in the clasp is a bit warped due to age/ wear.

Clasp is a bit loose.

Measurements (with ball chain): approx. 4” by 4”
