This sash pin is so ornate and striking!
The hammered element with the geometric shapes combined with the Garnet colored glass makes this piece a true work of art!
This has the traditional c-clasp but appears to have had the hinge and pin replaced at some point possibly in the 1930s.
The brooch has darkened due to the age/ patina but adds to the look!

Along with conditions above there do appear to some repairs to the glass stone settings. Please take a careful look at the photos. There are solder marks around the bottom one that appear to be a repair.
This piece was definitely loved by the original owner since great care was taken to make repairs to lengthen its life!
